The work will be as follows:
- Supporting conveyancers in preparing essential legal documentation, such as contracts and property searches.
- Managing communication between clients, brokers and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth property transactions.
- Organising schedules, meetings, and client files with a focus on accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Working with the broader legal team to ensure seamless conveyancing procedures.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a legal secretary, specifically in conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in audio typing, IT and legal document drafting.
