As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Programme Administrator to support our leasing operations and play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless experience to customers and franchisees across the UK.
As a Programme Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our lease business operations—coordinating applications, documentation, and funding processes. This is more than just admin: you'll communicate with customers and internal teams, help drive sales performance, and ensure every step of the lease process is smooth and compliant.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end lease application process, from customer data entry to credit decision communication.
- Liaise with end users, franchisees, and internal teams to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Support lease programme promotion and provide training to new franchisees and reps.
- Create and distribute lease contracts and track supporting documentation.
- Deliver excellent service via phone and email.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role—leasing, finance, or operations preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a confident, customer-first approach.
- Great organisation and multitasking skills.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A natural problem-solver who loves improving processes and making things happen.
