School of ESOL
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to provide in-class learning support for students with a range of needs.
You would support students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities across all areas of the College’s delivery. You would assist learners to access the curriculum through encouraging, motivating and developing strategies to support learners, and support students to manage their own behaviour. We are also seeking Learning Support Assistants to work in our Foundation provision, which may involve working with learners with more complex needs.
You will need to possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, and have some experience of working with young people, and some experience of supporting people with learning difficulties/disabilities and/or challenging behaviour. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to motivate and support young people.
These posts can be based either at Uxbridge Campus, Hayes Campus and/or Barra Hall, Hayes, which is due to open in Autumn 2025.
