South Staffordshire College are looking to employ a highly motivated and inspirational individual to join our Learning Support team to provide high quality support for young people and adults who have an Education, Health and Care Plan or a specific learning difference or disability.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant who can work effectively and imaginatively to provide first class support for students, that help them embrace their differences and develop independence through supportive strategies to achieve their career aspirations.
You will be a strong team player with a real desire to help young people and adults. Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and or disabilities, knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health and Care process will be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join this successful team.
