- Work collaboratively with **parents, teachers, and specialists** to create holistic support plans.
- Encourage **independence and personal development** through structured behavioural strategies.
- Assess and track **progress**, providing meaningful feedback to inform learning pathways.
### **What You Bring:**
- Strong knowledge of **behaviour management** and emotional development strategies.
- Experience in **early childhood education** or working with young learners.
- A background in **special education** or related fields (**preferred but not essential**).
- Awareness of **speech therapy techniques** (**a plus**).
- Understanding of **applied behaviour analysis principles**.
- Confidence in **mentoring and academic tutoring**, particularly in **Maths**.
- **Patience, empathy, and excellent communication** to foster positive connections.
