Salary: £12.12 - £13 per hour based on Merit Scheme(+ sleep-ins paid at £60 extra)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Empowering individuals to live the life they choose
- Supporting service users with daily living skills and promoting independence
- Encouraging social inclusion through accessing the community, meaningful activities, and friendships
- Assisting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation where required
- Contributing to, developing, and implementing personalised care plans
- Building strong, professional relationships with service users, families, and professionals
- Maintaining health and well-being, following PBS strategies when needed
