As a small business of 20 people, we are a close-knit team, and everyone plays an important role in pushing the business forward. General Job Description
Working as a Lead Consultant (LC) for MarCloud, you will be expected to take ownership of client accounts and their marketing automation and CRM projects. The LC will be accountable for the successful delivery of these projects, whilst working closely with other business leaders to ensure account growth and client satisfaction.
Crucially, LCs will champion MarCloud core values and growth strategies, and work closely with Leadership to build a culture of effective Team and Client Management.
The ideal candidate will have advanced operational knowledge and in-depth technical
experience in implementing and managing Salesforce technologies. Alongside this, the candidate would be expected to have an in-depth understanding of the business strategies that can be supported by MCAE/Salesforce, and be able to identify best-practice solutions that meet clients’ needs.
Working closely with other Consultants, you will look to develop your clients' accounts and tackle complex solutions to keep projects moving and on the right path.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management and Consultation: Excellent communication and client-facing skills to effectively understand client requirements, delivering strategic advisory engagements, with a focus on developing a forward-looking technology vision, strategy, and transformation roadmap for clients.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate with stakeholders
- Project Leadership: Lead the team of Delivery Consultants to deliver MarCloud’s services to the highest possible standards and be the final sign-off point for client strategic recommendations, scoping documents, and delivery.
- Business Growth: Work with the Senior Lead Consultant to support business growth by influencing renewal rates, introducing additional service lines by creating new opportunities in MarCloud CRM for sales to follow up on, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Demo and Prototyping: Help sales by providing clients with a tangible understanding of how the solution will meet their requirements.
- Project sign-off: Support the commercial team and act as part of the sign-off process of SOW for any technical proposal, allowing the opportunity stages to progress.
- Analytics & Reporting: Ability to create reports for clients on campaign effectiveness against targets and ROI, using Account Engagement, Salesforce, etc
About You:
- Is able to work collaboratively with all other teams in the business, such as Sales and the PMO
- Excellent interpersonal skills and have a passion for building meaningful relationships with our clients and internal teams
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving, finding solutions to complex problems for our clients
- Excellent communication skills, able to deliver engaging presentations and describe solutions in detail
- Must demonstrate understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and specialise in either MCAE, Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud (or a combination of)
