We're seeking a charismatic & experienced Lead Barista to join our vibrant team at our fast-paced brunch restaurants. If you have advanced coffee skills, including espresso brewing, dialling in, and serving consistent, high-quality latte art, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
- Advanced experience in espresso preparation and dialling in
- Exceptional latte art skills (essential)
- Ability to serve consistently high-quality coffee in a busy environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
Role Details:
- Oversee daily coffee and bar service flow
- Collaborate closely with management on service, stock levels, and ordering
- Shifts are during opening hours: 09:30 - 18:30, Tuesday to Sunday
- Weekend work is mandatory, but there are no late evening shifts
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high standards
Our Hyde Park location is a flagship site, attracting tourists from around the world, with Serpentine North right next door. We are a close-knit team with big dreams to expand across London, with plans for a third site next Spring/Summer!
