Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Laptop Provisioning - Onsite in Paisley. This role involves the preparation, configuration, and deployment of laptops to ensure they meet the specific needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, particularly in English and have a keen eye for detail to ensure all devices are provisioned accurately.
No Sponsorship is provided for this job. Those who are staying or can commute to the location specified , i.e. Paisley and can start on 16/6 would only be considered.
Duties
- Prepare and configure laptops according to client specifications, ensuring all software and settings are correctly installed.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on each device to confirm functionality and compliance with company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any queries or concerns regarding their devices.
- Maintain accurate records of provisioning activities, including data entry into relevant systems.
- Assist in upselling additional services or products that may enhance the client’s experience with their devices.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in laptop provisioning operations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience of using SCCM , Intune and autopilot
- Proficiency in English is must.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally.
- Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse client needs and recommend suitable solutions or enhancements.
- Previous experience in a technical support or provisioning role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and processes is essential.

Pay: £112.00 per day
