Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and an understanding of hard and soft landscaping. This role involves a variety of tasks that contribute to helping transform private gardens. A background in groundwork’s or construction labouring is advantageous, as well as experience with various tools and machinery used in landscaping.
Duties
- Perform labouring duties; help with excavations, move materials, make mortar etc
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Assist in the installation of fences, driveways , turfing, planting etc.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide support to the team.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping/construction preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools preferred.
- Understanding of horticulture principles and practices is beneficial.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
