Are you ready to step into a hands-on role in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Nelipak Elsham is currently looking for a dedicated Lamination Runner to support our Lamination team on a permanent basis.
Location: The Flarepath, Elsham Wold Industrial Estate, Brigg, DN20 0SP
Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days / 2 nights), average 42 hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.42 per hour
What You’ll Do
As a Lamination Runner, you’ll assist the Lamination Operator in safely and efficiently running our lamination machines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading/unloading and weighing reels
- Handling materials via SAP and returning stock
- Operating lifting equipment, FLTs, VNA trucks, and hand trucks
- Managing waste, changing adhesives, and completing cleaning routines
- Running machinery safely: balers and core cutters
- Completing documentation and participating in 5S and WCOM activities
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a manufacturing/production environment
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges
- Attentive to detail with a "right first time" attitude
- Comfortable working independently and to tight deadlines
- Physically capable of manual work and operating machinery
- FLT Licence holder (essential)
