Instruct Construction Group Ltd is a growing construction company specialising in high-quality HMO conversions, refurbishments, and extensions across the East Midlands. With multiple ongoing projects and long-term contracts secured, we’re looking for reliable Labourers to join our team and help deliver quality work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, joiners, plumbers, etc.)
- Preparing and maintaining work areas
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Mixing cement and helping with footings
- General demolition and clearance work
- Keeping the site tidy and safe at all times
- Following health & safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Previous site or labouring experience preferred
- Valid CSCS card
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Own transport to get to sites in Nottingham, Derby, and surrounding areas
- Own PPE (steel toe boots, hi-vis, gloves, etc.)
Job details:
Monday to Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm (weekend work available – fewer hours but full day rate)
Self-employed role with regular, consistent work
