Fink Developments are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Site Labourer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry and develop your skills alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with various site labouring tasks
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised site
- Various snagging works
- Other duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Site experience and a valid CSCS card are preferred but not essential.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- A full UK driving licence.
Workwear and PPE:
We will provide a high-visibility vest and hard hat. Candidates will be required to provide safety boots and appropriate workwear.
Contractual Information:
This position is offered on a self-employed basis, requiring registration with the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). We offer in-house assistance with the CIS registration process.
