We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. Duties
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing assistance wherever necessary.
- Participate in site preparation, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety regulations.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the role.
