Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various manual tasks to support construction, maintenance, or other labour-intensive projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of work sites
- Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team objectives
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory
- CSCS Card is required for working on site.

Pay: £12.21-£12.25 per hour
