As a Labour Resource Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of in house labour management and helpdesk operations. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, coordinating in house engineering visits, and ensuring all tasks are completed in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inhouse engineering labour visits
- Assist Technical Manager in planning Reactive, Fixed Price and Maintenance Work orders.
- Checking and verifying engineers, report sheets and timecards on a daily basis.
- Manage and update CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems.
- Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Accurately record and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of CAFM systems
- Experience in coordinating engineering teams.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in facilities or service industries)
- FM Helpdesk experience
- Ability to work to strict SLAs & KPIs
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
