Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
Must have CSCS card with facefit. Face fit can be paid for this is £60. 3 CSCS labours needed for upcoming projects, work is remote candidate must be willing to work away for periods of times..

Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including cleaning and organising work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site.
- Report any issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
