Khao Bird is our newest site opened in September 2024 and the first in London after running 3 successful Brighton restaurants . Offering awesome northern Thai BBQ lunch and evening. Open kitchen. Good opportunity to learn a new cuisine, local produce, good tips.
We are looking for a couple of people to join our Kitchen team. Our ideal kitchen assistants will be passionate and professional, but most of all interested in developing with us. Full training will be offered so this job could suit a first job to the right person.

Responsibilities
- Help prepare Thai Ingredients ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Cleaning dishes/ equipment to high standard.
- Managing stock and organising storage areas
- Waste/ recycling
- Help in the food production processes, ensuring timely service and adherence to recipes.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
