Our dedicated Crew members take pride in preparing and serving the delectable offerings at Filishack. Recognizing the importance of a clean and organized workspace, they consistently adhere to the right recipes, procedures, and Filishack's high standards in food preparation, cleanliness, sanitation, teamwork, and customer service. Crew members engage with customers directly at various stations, including Bases, Prep, Grill, Expo, and Take-Out. Their responsibilities keep them on their feet, actively working and contributing to tasks. Besides following Filishack's policies, their principal responsibilities encompass:
Food Prep
- Precisely following recipes for cooking, marinating, seasoning, and grilling meats, as well as chopping, dicing, cutting, and slicing vegetables.
- Completing hot and cold food preparation assignments accurately, neatly, and promptly.
- Preparing food throughout the day based on customer volume and maintaining portion control.
- Upholding food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation and cooking.
Customer Experience
- Providing friendly and quality customer service to each Filishack customer.
Miscellaneous
- Consistently and accurately using prep sheets, Road Maps, cleanliness lists, and station checklists.
- Following Filishack sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day.
- Thoroughly and timely cleaning equipment according to Filishack's sanitation guidelines.

- Be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and line.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location.
At Filishack, our employees encompass various roles, including dishwasher, cashier, server, host, cook, prep cook, and more. Expect to learn extensively and work diligently when you join our team. If you're interested in a restaurant general manager or assistant restaurant manager position and have previous experience, inquire about potential opportunities. Though these management positions are typically filled internally, there may be exceptions.
