Job Title: Supervisor
Bare Bones Chicken are looking for new team members to join our crew of chicken lovers!
We are a rapidly growing business and we are looking for new Team Members as we open our brand new restaurant in the Dolphin centre in Poole.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily operations in the restaurant.
- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Assist in the planning and execution of events or functions
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, whilst keeping management updated with updates and important information.

Previous Supervisor/Management experience is required.

Pay: £12.76 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
