We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Shift Leader to join our new Kitchen team at Thunderdog.
Ideal candidate would have previous experience within a similar roll & establishment, good knowledge of takeaway would be benefitable.
What is expected from Kitchen Shift Leader...
- All kitchen paperwork
- Cleanliness of the kitchen on daily bases
- Hit weekly/monthly set targets
- Work well with unit Kitchen Manager and General Manager
- ability to train junior members of the team
