Kitchen Prep Assistant – Full Time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
Location: Gurt Wings HQ, Swindon
We’re on the hunt for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Prep Assistant to join our team at Gurt Wings HQ. This is a full-time role based in our prep kitchen, where you’ll be helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What the job involves:
- Prepping chicken and other ingredients ready for our team of chefs
- Making and bottling our signature sauces
- Keeping all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and safe
- Supporting the team with general kitchen duties
- Some heavy lifting – you’ll need to be physically fit and comfortable with manual work
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who’s dependable, hands-on, and takes pride in their work
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working on their feet and getting stuck in

What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a kitchen environment.
✅ Strong understanding of food hygiene and basic health & safety.
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production setting.

✅ Someone who can follow recipes accurately while working efficiently.
