Ideal candidate will be happy to work in a fast paced and busy kitchen. Main job would be looking after the pot wash area, ensuring all dining equipment is cleaned properly and up to a high standard. Also making sure the chefs have everything they need to prepare food. May also include helping chefs out with food prep if necessary.
