Kitchen porter required for busy country pub on the outskirts of Salisbury.
We are looking for a hard working and conscientious person to come and join our friendly team. Experience is ideal but not essential as training can be given. Main duties will include:
- Assisting with the daily running of the kitchen.
- Assisting the chefs with morning prep.
- Cleaning all pots, pans, crockery & cutlery throughout service.
- Storing everything away in the appropriate place.
- Maintaining the kitchen work areas in line with HACCP regulations.
- Complying with the daily/weekly cleaning rotas.
- Ensuring the kitchen is clean & set for the following day.
This is a live out position with own transport essential. There are a couple of public transport options with the 44 passing the door during the day and the X3 a 5 minute walk away running regularly until later in the evening.
