We are looking for a professional and hard working kitchen porter to join our friendly team. Responsibilities of the job include:
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times
- Wash cooking utensils, pots and crockery through the day
- Manage the chemical and disposables supplies and reordering weekly
- Manage the refuse and recycling store to keep organised and tidy
- Assist the chefs by restocking ingredients and supplies
- Assist the chefs with requests for anything they need you to get
- Assist the chefs by preparing food ready for service
- Maintain a clean, organised work environment
- Assist with kitchen close down at the end of the day
