Duties
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organised.
- Support chefs by helping with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain a tidy work environment.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
- A keen interest in culinary practices and food preparation.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced chefs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.85-£15.85 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
