The New Bowling Green, Warwick is seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our Kitchen Team team as a Kitchen Porter at The New Bowling Green Warwick.
The New Bowling Green, Warwick is an independently, family owned and ran pub situated within the centre of historic Warwick. We're a busy pub with a large beer garden backing on to St Nicholas Park.
Role Overview:
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen team, ensuring the kitchen is clean, well-organized, and ready for service. You'll be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, washing dishes, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and utensils
- Washing dishes, pots, and pans efficiently
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Ensuring food storage areas are clean and organized
- Taking out the rubbish and keeping the kitchen area tidy
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations

- Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- No previous experience required – full training will be provided
