- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment
- Good communication and a team-player mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow clear instructions
- Previous kitchen porter or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
- A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
What We Offer:
- A supportive, respectful working environment
- Full training and clear structure from day one
- Staff meals and employee discounts
- Flexible hours (full-time or part-time)
- Opportunities to progress into prep or commis roles for the right candidates
- A chance to be part of a new restaurant opening and build a strong, professional team
