Responsibilities

- Support chefs and kitchen staff in various tasks as required, including basic cooking and serving duties.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help with stock rotation and inventory management to ensure freshness of ingredients.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene at all times.
- Assist in the delivery of exceptional customer service by supporting front-of-house staff during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous.
