Duties
- Support the chef in meal preparation and cooking tasks
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Help with catering orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Assist in stock management and inventory control
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable
- Basic knowledge of culinary practices and techniques
