The role is simple…to prepare the finest food to wow every customer.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Cooking and preparing meals
- Running the operations of the café through effective planning, communication and organising
- Be capable of dealing with challenging situations promptly and with professionalism
- To ensure the food is always presented in a way that reflects high standards
- Look for continual improvement in standards, and generate new ideas
- Implementing risk assessments and cleaning procedures
You must have:
- Previous experience of a least 1 year working in a similar chef role
- Passion for Food and Beverage service
- Hands on approach with an excitement for delivering great food
- Good organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to progress
- Creativity-to drive the business forward
- You will be required to work 20-40 hours per week. part time hours will be considered. Flexibility is a must!
