Kitchen Team Member
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor or chef.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
