We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baking / Catering Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and food preparation. As a Baking / Catering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the craft truck by assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods. Responsibilities
- Helping craft exceptional coffees and baked goods with consistency and care in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Delivering warm, friendly service to studio staff, crew, and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and other baking tools
Requirements
- Must have full UK driving license
- Previous experience in a bakery/cafe or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by operational needs.
