Summary
We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic team at the hare and hounds Located in Crowton this role is essential for supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring that our food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils.

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
