Newark Care Home is set in the suburbs of Port Glasgow and is easily reached from the surrounding areas of Greenock, Bishopton, Erskine, Paisley and the Western suburbs of Glasgow. The home is custom designed and built to meet the needs of older people, with large comfortable lounge areas to relax in and comfortably socialise with others. All surroundings are of a high quality and there are outdoor areas and gardens to take in fresh air and enjoy the seasons.

Requirements
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Ensure the kitchen is cleaned to the highest standard.
- Support the kitchen supervisor in the effective operation of the kitchen
- Prepare food and cook in a hygienic manner
- Be aware of the resident’s needs and dietary preferences
- Wash and sterilize dishes after food service
- Restock food storage containers and pantries.
