About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Assistants to join care home teams. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment and wants to contribute to residents’ wellbeing through food and mealtime support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals.
- Ensuring kitchen hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Supporting the catering team with daily kitchen operations.
- Helping to maintain a safe and organised kitchen environment.
- Assisting with stock rotation and basic food storage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a kitchen, catering, or food service role is preferred but not essential.
- Positive, hardworking, and reliable attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to different shifts.
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- DBS on the update service – essential.
- Right to work in the UK.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
