Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our production team. The ideal candidate will support kitchen operations by assisting with food and packaging preparation, maintaining organisation, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Duties
- Assist with packaging preparation, food portioning and labelling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed during food preparation and storage.
- Support in the inventory management.
- Occasionally participate in meal preparation tasks as directed by senior kitchen staff.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and reporting any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to assist with various tasks as required by the kitchen team.
- Good spoken and written English required
