Coaches Wanted to lead our Expansion in the North West
We are on the lookout for Coaches in the Coleraine ,Ballymoney and Ballymena areas.
Coaches in Ballymoney Saturday mornings , Coleraine Sunday mornings, Ballymena Saturday mornings
4-6 Hours a week more available after expansion completed
Toddler Football Coaching for Boys & Girls ages 18 months to 8 Years.
Full training will be provided and a full driving license and car is essential

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
- Educate athletes on techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport.
- Conduct regular practice sessions to enhance skills and performance.
- Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation and growth.
- Organise and participate in competitions, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
- Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and development.
- Uphold safety standards during training sessions and competitions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching with a strong understanding of the sport being coached.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate athletes.
- Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules and competition logistics.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
- A commitment to promoting inclusivity and sportsmanship within the team environment.
- Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
