Job Overview:
As a Junior Used Car Salesman at Car Knights, you'll be the face of the business. Your role will involve welcoming customers, understanding their needs, presenting vehicles, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. You'll play a key part in driving our sales growth while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and online enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer requirements and match them to suitable vehicles from our stock
- Carry out test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits confidently
- Negotiate prices, part-exchange values, and close sales
- Handle finance applications, deposit taking, and final paperwork
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers
- Ensure all vehicles on display are clean, presentable, and accurately priced
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Interest in the motor trade
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence required
- Must be available to work weekends
