Are you ready to build a career in global trading? We’re looking for a motivated Junior Trading & Commercial Specialist to join our London-based team and support our metals trading and commercial operations across international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of trading—from quoting and sourcing to risk and inventory management—while working directly with experienced traders, commercial managers, and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in preparing commercial proposals and financial models.

• Support quoting, hedging, and pricing for precious metals deals.

• Track inventory, sales performance, and internal deal documentation.

• Gain exposure to physical trading and gradually take on trading responsibilities.

• Coordinate lease quotes, credit assessments, and onboarding processes.

• Liaise across trading, operations, legal, and finance teams to align commercial strategy.

• Analyze internal data to support forecasting, pricing decisions, and system accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial, trading operations, or trading analyst role (commodities preferred).

• Familiarity with physical trading (precious metals/PGMs is a plus).

• Strong commercial acumen and global market awareness.

• Excellent communication, data analysis, and organisational skills.

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or Salesforce is a bonus.
