Are you a hands-on people leader waiting for your opportunity to grow your career, where you’ll get to support with the full performance of your kitchen and team?

Our Junior Sous Chef is tasked with running efficient operations, commercial performance and above all, strong team leadership.

You’ll complete varied activities ranging from cleaning down the kitchen, to creating service efficiencies with your team.

We are a “walk-in” only business, we don’t need bookings to fill our restaurants!

We’re no office folk here, we expect our managers of all levels to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. You’ll be getting fully involved in the day-to-day operations of your kitchen from doing prep, to making orders.

Essential Experience:

  • You’ll have worked in a leadership role in a kitchen
  • At least 2-years working as a chef


It would be even better (but not essential) if:

  • You have at least 2-years experience at Junior Sous Chef level in a busy restaurant or cafe
