Marsh is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Broker to join our Financial and Professional Risks (FinPro) team.

You will join a team of 50+ experienced market professionals. Some have experience in a particular business line; some have 30+ years in the industry; others have significant experience at law firms, as underwriters and from within financial institutions.
We will count on you to:
Develop skills to manage medium-sized portfolios of Financial Institutions business while collaborating with teams on larger client accounts.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ strategic priorities, risk management needs, and risk strategies, providing tailored advice to effectively meet their requirements.
Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities and successfully secure new business.
Partner with experienced brokers who possess extensive knowledge of the Financial Institutions sector and the insurance market to assess clients’ exposures and loss history, crafting customised solutions to address their unique needs.
Work closely with colleagues to implement effective renewal and placement strategies.
Assist in creating presentations for prospective clients, offering innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their day-to-day service needs.
What you need to have:
Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage etc
5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)
Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship provided)
