Role Overview:
As a Junior Event Agent, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of marketing events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in event management within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and organisation of marketing events from inception to completion.
- Support the event team with logistics, venue setup, and on-site management.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Help manage event budgets, schedules, and documentation.
- Assist with promotional activities related to events, including social media support and content creation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking venues, preparing event materials, and maintaining databases.
- Attend events to provide on-the-ground support and ensure all aspects run smoothly.
- Collect feedback and assist with post-event reporting and analysis.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience or interest in event planning or marketing is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
