Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Event Agent to assist in organising and delivering marketing events. You will support the events team with on-site activities, customer engagement, and operational tasks, gaining hands-on experience in event management and marketing activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
- Engage with customers, providing information and support during events.
- Set up and manage event spaces, displays, and promotional materials.
- Monitor event operations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Support post-event reporting and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Interest in marketing, events, and customer engagement.
- Previous event experience is a plus but not required.
