Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Junior Event Administrator to support our events team. In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and administration of events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in events and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating event logistics, schedules, and timelines
- Support event set-up, registration, and post-event follow-up
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining event documentation and databases
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event delivery
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure operations run seamlessly
- Help prepare reports, feedback, and event summaries for the team
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Interest in events and marketing (previous experience is a plus, but training will be provided)
