We are seeking a Junior Customer Engagement Assistant to support our customer engagement initiatives. In this role, you will assist with campaigns, communicate with clients and prospects, and help ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities
- Support the customer engagement team in executing campaigns and initiatives.
- Communicate with clients and prospects via phone, email, and online channels.
- Assist in collecting feedback and monitoring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update databases.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign objectives.
