We currently have a vacancy for a Junior Buyer / Buyer Administrator at our BMW and MINI Centres, working across our Preston and Blackburn sites.
As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven individual to join our Buying Team. This is your opportunity to learn the full automotive buying process while working with premium brands in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The Role:
As a Junior Buyer / Buyer Administrator, you will be key to our business growth by sourcing BMW and MINI used car stock for our successful used car sales operation, with the support and direction of our Management Team.
Includes, but is not limited to:
- Support the Buying Team with day-to-day administration and accurate data handling
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing vehicles to meet business needs
- Process and manage vehicle documentation to a high standard
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, dealerships, Motability Operations, and auction houses
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle acquisition
Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for a detail-driven, motivated individual with Motor Trade sales experience. You’ll support the sourcing, purchasing, and administration of premium vehicles, working with BMW and MINI in a fast-paced, professional environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

- Well-presented and personable and confident team player
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- Quality awareness
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Working hours are 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
