Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our CNC woodworking machines to produce precision components.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone and email when required
- Set out jobs and create files for the CNC machine
- Operate and maintain CNC woodworking machinery
- Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
- Load programs and materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Carry out quality checks to maintain high standards
- Assist with general workshop tasks when needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a CNC Operator (woodworking background )
- Proficiency in CAD programs
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and excellent communication skills
