Job Overview:
We undertake reactive maintenance and planned refurbishments and currently serve the full maintenance requirements for over 4500 residential properties in Edinburgh. We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner/ Handyman to join our established team.
The successful candidate will have a good problem solving capabilities, be organised and have excellent communication skills. Ability to work on your own as required and part of a wider multi trade team.
As we never know exactly what each job required a working knowledge and understanding of other trades such as plumbing, tiling and decoration would be desirable.
This position would suit a candidate with experience of working in hotel maintenance or lettings/ housing association maintenance teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50-£17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
