St Andrews Property Co is seeking a time-served joiner to work on a project near St Andrews.
The expected contract length is 6 months and there may be further opportunities beyond that.
You will be under the supervision of the principle joiner onsite and must be happy to work alone.
Whilst this is a full time fixed contract position on offer, we're happy to be flexible if you only wished to work a certain number of days a week to accommodate self-employed work.
Vehicle can be provided. You should have your own tools.
General joinery to include:
- 1st fix structure
- partitioning
- Insulating
- Boarding
- Flooring
- Doors, skirtings and other standard finishings
- Window installation inc velux
- general roofing
- Door installation
- Kitchen installation
- Bathroom structure and boarding
Requirements:
- Time Served joiner
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: From £20.00 per hour
